· Incoming Material Inspection: Verifying the quality of raw materials.
· In-process Control: Monitoring production parameters at every stage.
· Final Inspection: Every batch of finished products is tested for dimensions, coating thickness, mechanical properties, and surface quality against relevant standards (GB, ASTM, JIS, etc.) before shipment.
